Yvette's Kettlebell Training

  1. It is important for wellness providers and physical therapists to practice what they preach. I have decided to share with you a typical workout session I do on a weekly basis. This particular video clip features kettlebell training and shoulder stabilization training.
    FYI: I have recently purchased a macbook pro and have been taking one to one classes at the Apple store. I recently learned how to edit and make imovies. Hope you enjoyed my very first one as much as I did creating it.
